1. Respectful Behavior: All participants, including both instructors and students, must treat each other with respect and courtesy. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated.

2. Punctuality: Students are expected to join the virtual class on time. Late joiners will not be accepted

3. Video and Audio: Students are encouraged to keep their video and audio on during the class to facilitate interaction and communication. Muting during cooking instructions is acceptable, but interaction is encouraged during Q&A sessions.

4. Class Recording: Classes may be recorded for reference and sharing with participants. By attending the class, students agree to being recorded.

5. Chat Etiquette: Use the chat feature for questions and comments related to the class. Avoid off-topic conversations, and be respectful in your interactions.

6. Copyright and Sharing: Do not share or distribute class materials or recorded sessions without the instructor’s permission. Respect copyright and intellectual property rights.

7. Class Disruption: Disruptive behavior, including background noise, should be minimized to ensure a productive learning environment for all participants.

8. Code of Conduct: Abide by a code of conduct that fosters inclusivity and diversity. Any form of discrimination or hate speech will not be tolerated.

9. Consequences: Violating these rules and regulations may result in warnings, suspension from classes, or expulsion, depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Contact Information: Provide contact information for the instructor, including email and a backup method for communication.

11. Termination of Participation: Instructors or platforms may have the right to terminate your participation if you violate the class rules or engage in disruptive behavior

12. The academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class under any circumstances. In such cases, students will be informed in advance, and in the event of a class cancellation, your payment will be refunded.
